Shipping & Delivery
Standard shipping hours are Monday – Friday, 9 am – 5pm EST.
Please allow up to 10 business days for your order to ship, allowing the time for items made to order.
You will receive an e-mail containing your tracking number as soon as the label has been printed (allowing 24 hours for processing).
Once your order has shipped from Marlu, status is available from the carrier. We won't hesitate in assisting you with any difficulties, however only have as much information as provided by the carrier.
Marlu will not be held responsible for any items damaged or lost during transit. Any complaints should be filed with the respective carrier.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, unless goods are clearly not up to Marlu's noted standards (which will then entitle you to a covered return fee).
Merchandise must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery confirmation date.
Returned merchandise must be in new condition.
All returns / exchanges should be insured to avoid damage or loss during transit.
Your return will be processed as soon as it is received. Please allow 3 – 10 days for this to reflect in your account.
